Silence Retreats

Creativity is an important key to success. To become more creative you should have daily silence retreats, preferably in nature.
Once a day for one hour be somewhere where there are no noises, no TV, radio, music, cars or people. Walking in a park is ideal.  Then let your mind open up, listen to your internal dialogue, see what your mind telling you and lead your mind towards what you want to achieve. And take a note of the ideas your mind floats in your brain. These ideas will get you closer to your goals.
